Candace Cameron Bure is going to be a grandma — and she’s already got her name picked out.
Natasha Bure and her husband, former Disney Channel star Bradley Steven Perry, announced Thursday that they’re expecting their first child together, sharing the news in a joint Instagram post featuring a series of sweet maternity photos. In one shot, the couple wore matching blue and white striped button-down shirts, sipping from mugs that read “Dada!” and “Mama!” They captioned the whole thing simply: “Our dream role.”
Candace, 50, didn’t waste a second. The Full House alum rushed to the comments to stake her claim: “CandyGram in full effect,” she wrote, with a smiley face and a red heart. The nickname — a playful spin on her own name — is one she’d apparently already decided on the moment she knew a grandchild was coming.
The couple has not shared a due date or the baby’s sex yet.
How Natasha and Bradley Found Each Other
The road to this moment started, of all places, in a comment section. Natasha and Bradley were both in other relationships when they first met, and things were friendly but nothing more — until December 2023, when Bradley was involved in a car crash. Natasha reached out on Instagram to check on him, and that simple gesture opened the door to something bigger. They started dating the following month.
By July 2024, Bradley made things Instagram-official in the most deliberately low-key way possible: a blurry photo of him kissing someone, with Natasha tagged so there was no mistaking who it was. By April 2025, he proposed in front of both of their families. And on September 14, 2025, Natasha Bure became Natasha Perry.
Candace marked the wedding on her own Instagram with a loving carousel of photos and a caption that left nothing unsaid: “We couldn’t have asked for a kinder man than Bradley to love and care for our girl. Natasha, you are radiant inside and out and are already the best wife to your beloved. My heart swells with happiness for you two.”
On their wedding day, the newlyweds told People: “It’s almost impossible to put into words what our wedding truly feels like. It’s surreal and overwhelming in all the best ways. There is nothing better than marrying your best friend.”
Bradley went further: “Marriage to me is making a lifelong commitment to the person that you were born to be with. Natasha is that for me. I get to wake up every day and choose her and honor her. She is everything I’ve ever wanted.”
Natasha matched his energy: “I’m choosing Bradley every single day — in the fun and exciting times, and also the quiet or harder moments. We’re building a life together, side by side.”
Who Is Bradley Steven Perry?
If the name rings a bell, it’s because Bradley has been a fixture in the entertainment world since he was a kid. He landed his first roles at age eight, appearing in the films Choose Connor and Magnificent Max in 2007, followed by a guest spot on CBS’s Without a Trace in 2008. From there came Opposite Day, Old Dogs, and The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard.
His real breakthrough came in 2010 when Disney Channel cast him in Good Luck Charlie, the family sitcom that ran until 2014 and made him a household name for a generation of kids. He also appeared in Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure, the High School Musical spinoff, in 2011. Later, he joined the cast of Lab Rats: Elite Force, where he also made his directorial debut.
These days, Bradley has stepped back from acting and into new creative territory. In 2022, he launched a podcast with his Lab Rats co-star Jake Short — originally called Hit the Brake, now rebranded as The Sit and Chat — where the two interview guests from the entertainment industry. A year later, he added a YouTube cooking series, Cooking with Bradley, to his resume. The kid who grew up on Disney Channel, it turns out, also has a serious thing for the kitchen.
Now, at 27, he’s about to take on the role his wife’s Instagram mug already announced: Dada.
