The divorce between Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband PK Kemsley has officially crossed into new territory — and it involves their kids, a six-figure shopping spree, and a home that may be on the brink of foreclosure.

In new court filings, PK alleges that Dorit has been drawing their children into their financial disputes — specifically claiming she enlisted one of their kids to text him asking for money for a spring break trip. He submitted the alleged exchange as evidence.

The texts, from April, start with the child writing, “Daddy, do you want us to have a fun spring break?” PK responded with a bit of playful dad energy — “Yes, puppy of course. But because I know you’re super smart before you try and outsmart your daddy, just bear in mind, the creator is always smarter than the creation” — to which the kid shot back, “Yeah, that really helps with the fun spring break.”

The conversation meandered before the child eventually asked, “Why can’t you just book us a holiday? Mommy pays for everything?” When PK pressed on how the child knew who paid for what, the kid cut to the chase: “Can you just pay and book us a flight?” PK deflected — “Lol I don’t know where you want to go, so I wouldn’t know what to book … it is 1030, you need to go to sleep” — and the child signed off with a simple “Ok, goodnight.”

PK is using the exchange to support a larger argument: that Dorit is spending freely on luxury goods while their shared Los Angeles home slides toward foreclosure.

The $287K Shopping Breakdown

The numbers PK’s legal team put together — pulled from Dorit’s bank statements via subpoena — are hard to ignore. According to the court docs, between October 2025 and January 2026, Dorit allegedly spent approximately $287,000 on clothing and accessories alone. The breakdown: $70K at Chanel, $68K at Louis Vuitton, $38K at Hermès, $22K at Saint Honore, $21K at Net-a-Porter, $20K at Anton Jewelry, $10K at Shopalpoint, and $6K at Gucci.

PK’s team argues the contrast is stark. PK had $4.49 million in total available funds during the period and put about 41% toward family expenses — spending roughly the same share on himself, leaving a small positive balance. Dorit, his lawyers claim, had $3.56 million available and directed 79% toward personal expenses, including travel, glam, and high-end retail — exceeding $1 million in those categories combined — while allocating only around 10% to family expenses.

He’s now asking a judge to let him list the home immediately. The property carries roughly $6 million in mortgage debt, and PK — who moved out after the split while Dorit stayed — says the bills haven’t been paid.

Dorit’s Panicked Texts About the Auction

Separately, TMZ obtained alleged texts from April 26 that show Dorit in full alarm mode after receiving a letter about the house. “I received a letter in the mail saying the house is going to auction sale April 30. Are you aware?” she wrote to PK.

“No,” he replied.

“Really scary PK,” she said. He told her she’d either misread the letter or it was fake — suggesting it was likely from a third party offering help to homeowners behind on their mortgage. Dorit wasn’t buying it. “How do you know there’s no auction on April 30? I don’t think we are aware of everything that is happening now that the foreclosure has been registered,” she fired back.

PK’s response cut to the heart of their standoff: “You have a fast track to resolving the issues with the house and that is to sign the agreements that have been provided. To date you have chosen a different path that leads to a different result.”

Dorit pushed back hard. “I’m waiting on you. I’ve told you 100 different ways I will sign the agreement, but you haven’t paid the arrears or taken it out of foreclosure and now your lawyer is delaying.” She closed with a pointed question: “Is this another game that you’re playing with mine and the children’s lives?”

Dorit has not yet responded to the latest round of court filings or the allegations within them. With a judge now being asked to force the sale of the home and children’s texts being entered as legal evidence, it’s clear this divorce has a long way left to go.
