Jennifer Lopez Spent Memorial Day Weekend in a Bikini and She Looks Incredible

Jennifer Lopez did not take Memorial Day weekend lightly.

The 56-year-old singer and actress marked the holiday with an Instagram carousel that quickly became everyone’s Monday scroll stop — a mix of family moments, poolside hanging, and several shots of Lopez herself in a tiny white string bikini with a body chain that was doing a lot of heavy lifting.

“Happy Memorial Day,” she captioned the post, which TMZ described as Lopez doing “exactly that while soaking up Memorial Day” — serving a look while everyone else was just trying to grill burgers.

The Look

The white bikini was minimal. The confidence was not. Lopez posed by the pool in shots that showed off the kind of abs that remind you she has been dancing professionally for over 30 years. A gold body chain added some edge to an otherwise clean aesthetic. Fans in the comments were predictably enthusiastic, calling her a “icon” and noting that she looked better at 56 than most people manage at half that age.

Some outlets noted that many of the poolside shots appeared to show Lopez solo — a point a few tabloids leaned into given the ongoing public attention on her personal life post-Ben Affleck divorce. But Lopez, characteristically, kept the caption warm and unbothered.
