Kroy Biermann Spotted With Kim Zolciak’s BF’s Ex-Wife

Just when you thought the Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann saga couldn’t get any more tangled, the former NFL star went on a very cozy three-hour hike with Jillian Green — the ex-wife of Kim’s current boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz — and now everyone is paying attention.

Photos obtained by Page Six show Kroy, 40, and Jillian sporting matching black athleisure in Alpharetta, Georgia over the weekend, all smiles and sharing an embrace in the parking lot after their hike. According to TMZ, the energy between them was decidedly couple-y — and sources close to the situation say it’s feeling less like “if” and a whole lot more like “when” when it comes to a relationship confirmation.

Neither Kroy nor Jillian have officially confirmed anything. Reps for Zolciak and Biermann did not respond to requests for comment.

How This Love Square Actually Formed

To understand how we got here, you need the full map. Kim, 47, began dating Kyle Mowitz sometime in the spring of 2025, going public with the relationship in October of that year. Kyle and Jillian had filed for divorce in March 2025 after nearly eight years of marriage — and that divorce is a bruising one, with a reported $100 million on the line.

Jillian wasted no time pulling Kim into it. Last year, Green subpoenaed Zolciak for documents related to her financial relationship with Mowitz — gifts, trips, loans, communications, all of it. Kim’s attorney called the move “unreasonable” and “oppressive,” but Kim ultimately agreed to be deposed. This week, Jillian alleged in court that Mowitz’s spending has been “out of control” since his romance with Kim began, claiming he’s been covering her legal fees, travel, wine, and more.

And here’s where Kroy comes in — or rather, where he came in long before this weekend’s hike. Back in October, it emerged that Kroy had actually reached out to Jillian before any of this went public, meeting her at her cousin’s home to avoid cameras. According to Jillian’s own account, Kroy warned her that Kim would “drain money” from Kyle, alleged she had put Instacart grocery deliveries on Kyle’s credit card, and described his estranged wife as a narcissist with a gambling problem. At the time, Jillian stressed they had only met once and were not romantically involved.

Clearly, a lot has changed.

Kroy Also Wants Kim’s Deposition on Video

The hiking photos aren’t the only Kroy-related development this week. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kroy’s legal team has issued a subpoena to obtain the transcript and video recording of Kim’s deposition in the Mowitz divorce — during which she was questioned about the gifts and trips Kyle purchased for her. Kroy believes the footage could provide useful evidence in his own ongoing divorce from Kim. There is reportedly a confidentiality agreement in place, and sources close to the situation firmly believe he won’t actually get his hands on it.

Kim Says She’s Fine — And Apparently She Means It

As for how Kim is taking the news of her ex-husband hiking through the Georgia hills with her boyfriend’s ex-wife? Sources tell TMZ she is “not bothered at all.” She was apparently already aware that Kroy and Jillian had been in contact to some degree, though she doesn’t know the full extent of what’s going on between them. Those same sources say Kim has known Kroy has been dating other women since their split, and that she and Kyle are still going strong.

Kim and Kroy wed in November 2011. He adopted her two eldest daughters from a previous relationship — Brielle, now 29, and Ariana, 24 — and together they welcomed Kroy Jr., 14, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. They separated in 2023, attempted multiple reconciliations, and finally split for good in 2025. Their divorce, which has included accusations of cheating and abuse on both sides — all denied — is still working its way through court.

Most recently, a judge ruled that Kim would lose temporary primary custody of their four minor children, with Kroy now holding primary physical custody and the right to make decisions about the kids’ education, religion, and non-emergency medical care. Kim was granted parenting time every other weekend. That arrangement is temporary pending the outcome of a court date set for May 21.

So heading into that hearing, Kroy is simultaneously pursuing Kim’s deposition video, reportedly developing a new relationship with the woman on the other side of Kim’s boyfriend’s divorce, and holding primary custody of their kids. Whether Saturday’s hike is the start of something real or just two people bonding over shared chaos, one thing is certain — this particular Georgia dating pool just got a whole lot more complicated.
