Jillian Green, the estranged wife of Kim’s boyfriend Kyle Mowitz, has rushed to court claiming Kyle’s spending habits are so reckless that she may have nothing left to collect by the time their divorce is settled.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jillian says Kyle has been dropping serious money on the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and her family — and she wants a judge to put the brakes on it now. Among her allegations: Kyle has been covering Kim’s rent, funding trips, buying wine, splashing out on an expensive car, and even footing the bill for Kim’s legal fees in her own ongoing divorce from former NFL player Kroy Biermann.

Jillian describes the spending as “out of control” and warns in the filing that “there is every reason to believe the millions of dollars” Kyle expects to receive from his business “will disappear quickly” without court intervention. She’s asking for an injunction to stop the big-ticket outlays and wants a chunk of cash placed in escrow so she’s protected when the time comes to divide assets.

She also raises the specter of what comes next — warning the court that Kyle will likely continue making large purchases or extending loans to Kim, whom she pointedly refers to as his “potential future wife.”

Meanwhile, Kroy and Jillian Are Getting Cozy

Here’s where things get genuinely soap-opera-level strange. While Jillian is fighting Kyle in court over money allegedly spent on Kim, Kim’s ex-husband Kroy Biermann was spotted getting very friendly with Jillian herself.
